🚚 Shipping Policy

We want you to receive your order quickly and safely. Below you’ll find all the details about how we process and ship your orders.

☀️ Summer Shipping Policy (Effective June–August)

To protect the quality of our products during the hot summer months, we only ship Monday through Wednesday. This helps avoid packages sitting in hot trucks or warehouses over the weekend, which can compromise the integrity of our handcrafted items.

We do this to ensure your candles and melts arrive in perfect condition — fresh, fragrant, and never melted!

If you place an order after Wednesday at noon (EST), it will ship the following Monday.

🏪 Fulfillment from Two Locations

We ship from two locations to better serve you. Your order will be fulfilled from the location that has full stock of the items you ordered to ensure the fastest turnaround time.

⏱ Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of being placed.

  • If there is any delay beyond this timeframe, we will contact you promptly.

📦 Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • We primarily ship via UPS, as we have found they are most efficient, most  affordable, and most reliable. However, we also offer USPS as an additional option in case their rates are lower or better suited for your delivery area.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

🚫 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused during transit. If your order is delayed or appears lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number. We’re always happy to assist if you need help starting a claim.

🛑 Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
