At Annie Glenn Candles, we take great pride in handcrafting quality candles and home fragrances. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
💥 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or there’s a defect, we’re happy to replace it. Please email a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery to hello@annieglenncandles.com, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
💨 Scent Preference
Because scent is so personal, we do not accept returns or issue refunds if you simply don’t like the fragrance. If you’re unsure about a scent, feel free to reach out before ordering — we’re happy to help you choose!
